My sympathy for your loss of Ted. He was a member of our PEER group at Wolf Run Village and I enjoyed knowing him very much. So glad I got to meet him and work with him for this short while. God bless you in your sorrow.

I was in high school when T. R. first came to Montgomery. He did wonderful things for the music program at Montgomery and was well liked by the students. My condolences to his family.

Dear Mary & family,
Mr. Richardson was a very good music teacher and band director. He was so kind to me even though I was not a very good music student or coronet player. He encouraged me to stay in the band and I am so thankful for the fun band memories because of him.

The teacher is with THE TEACHER. What a joyous moment it must have been for Ted to finally see the face of God. It is truly a blessing to be able to count myself among those who can testify to a life that has been much more interesting and enriching because we had great fortune of having TR as a teacher and friend. May God bless Mary Ann, Christina, and their family during this difficult time. We keep TR in our prayers as we know he is praying for us. Rest in peace TR.

Ted was a force of nature when I first started teaching in Montgomery. He was an inspiration and role model for any new teacher. God Bless and your family is in my prayers. I know that heaven has received a new choir director

T.R. was one of the best teachers at Montgomery. He gave us confidence, showed us talents we didn't know we had, and trusted us to rise to his expectations. What an amazing man!

From 2010 until 2012 I would visit Ted and we'd have great discussions about the Bible, philosophy, music, and life in general. The conversations we'd have each week were a highlight of the week for me. Even when Ted suffered a stroke I'd go to visit him in the hospital and we'd have enjoyable conversations when he was doing well. I moved to Costa Rica in 2012 so I no longer got to visit him, but every time I came home to visit my family Ted was always on the list of people to see.

I had a friend who worked in the kitchen at Wolf Run and always would send greetings and ask about him even after I moved away. He enjoyed the slideshows and stories I'd bring for him from Costa Rica. I was really looking forward to seeing him again in a few weeks, but I just heard that he had passed.

Mary Ann and Christina, I only met you briefly when Ted was hospitalized from his stroke, but I know much about you from Ted's stories and I'm sure that you miss him even more than I do. My condolences,

Tyler Wenzel
