My sincere sympathy to the family of such a wonderful woman whom I met while I was going to the Williamsport Hospital School of Nursing in the early 70's. She was a wonderful friend to everyone, her personality and outgoing personality was contagious. She was one of the most ambitious individuals I have ever met, stimulated and motivated everyone around her. She was a wonderful student and the patients she cared for all loved her. May the Lord receive her into Paradise with open arms.

I worked with Kathy for years at M&T bank and I have to say she was a true ray of sunshine. Each day at work was a little brighter because she was there with her smiling face and witty sense of humor. I was unaware of her battle as I have been out of Pennsylvania for a few years now but hearing this news today has been truly heartbreaking. She once gave me a bed for my son ... without any question she just jumped in and offered a bed to me for him. That was her! Just thoughtful and kindhearted. She has blessed my life personally and will be missed on this earth. Praying for her family today and the days that lie ahead. I am truly sorry.
