I am honored to have had Joel in my life for many years. I loved watching him work miracles with stone and Meg & I learned much from his beautiful, loving ways. He was truly an exceptional human being.

It was only via traveling down the road of past memory that I came upon Joel's passing. Although it is almost three years now, and I dont know if this will even post I would like to offer my deepest condolences to your Family.Joel or Ken as we knew him opened many worlds to our family and we will fondly remember visit to the the Sky Farm amd The March on Washington! if messages of peace and love come through as I started to write this the Jesse Collins Young Song "Everybody get Together" began to play on the computer. Brought tears and a smile to my eyes. Joel obviously lived of life of Love and had a gift for bringing people together.Long may your memory run! Kit

I have just learned of Ken’s passing. Please accept my deepest condolences for your family's loss. Ken was my neighbor and classmate (elementary thru high school) while growing up in Towerville (outside Coatesville, Pa). We spent many hours playing basketball together in our neighbor’s back yards. He was a great friend and will be missed by many.

Sorry to hear of Joel's passing. I sat at the same table with Joel for his Uncle Ed's 90th bithday party in Shunk in June. You just never know when your time is coming. Happy trails to the Happy Hunting Grounds Joel. You will be missed but not forgotten!

"Who tells the crocus
To poke the crusted snow?
Who knows what Light is beckon come?"
This is the opening of one of my favorite poems by Joel.
His passing leaves a hole in the fabric. I send love and hope for healing.

Dear Family---it's very hard to process the fact that Joel will no longer physically be in this world with us. He was a "larger-than-life" entity. I will miss him very much and will often recall our many adventures together.
