William “Bill” Milheim, 58, of Milton, died Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born March 24, 1968 in Muncy a son of Sherry (Stahl) Fay, of Watsontown and the late William Floyd Milheim. On December 10, 1990, he married the former Anita Whitley, who survives. Together they celebrated 35 years of marriage.
Bill was an excellent contractor and could build a house from the ground up. He worked with his brothers in the drywall business for many years.
He was a diehard Philadelphia Eagles and New York Yankees fan. Bill enjoyed fishing and watching old school wrestling.
Bill loved spending time with his grandchildren, especially cherished the time spent with Layla and getting pizza with Koda.
Surviving in addition to his mother and wife are a son, Christopher Milheim, of Sunbury; daughter, Melinda Milheim and her fiancé, Kenneth Fowler, of Galeton; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, David, Jr. and Brandy Fay, of Milton, Skylar Milheim, of the Poconos and Shawn and Krystal Fay, of Turbotville; a step father who raised him since he was 8 years old, David Fay, Sr., of Watsontown; four grandchildren, Layla, Koda, Alivia and November; and Mike Hamm, who was like a brother to him.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a brother, Lonnie Milheim.
The family is planning a celebration of Bill’s life to be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Oak Grove Community Center, 2312 Elimsport Rd, Montgomery.
Bill was an organ donor and his gifts were able to save three lives.
The family is being assisted by Grenoble Funeral Home & Crematory, 308 Main St. Watsontown.
