Tomm L. Letcher, 74, of Williamsport, died Friday, July 1, 2016 at Manor Care South, Williamsport.
Born August 12, 1941 in Blandburg , PA , son of the late Robert Lamoine and Mary Katherine (Beck) Letcher.
Tomm retired from the United States Navy and United States Secret Service.
Surviving are two sons.
Burial will be held privately in St. John Lutheran “Brick” Church Cemetery.
