Steven W. Taylor, 66, of Watsontown, died Saturday, February 28, 2026, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born July 27, 1959, in Watsontown, he was a son of the late George F. and Helen (Tyson) Taylor. On April 20, 1996 he married the former Leonida Thomas. Together they celebrated nearly 30 years of marriage.

Steve was a devout Chistian and faithful member of Delaware Run Wesleyan Church.

He enjoyed motorcycles and softball. Most importantly, Steve loved spending time with his family, especially family game nights.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are four children, Kristopher Taylor and his wife, Sheryl, James Mitchley and his wife, Leslie, Jayne Smith and her husband, Bill and Corol Taylor; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Joshua and daughter, Miranda.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, March 6 at Delaware Run Weslyan Church, 5570 Musser Ln, Watsontown, with Pastor Michael Reece and Rev. Stephen Gray III, officiating.

Burial will follow in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.
