Paul E. Phillips

Paul E. Phillips, 66, of Muncy, traveled to his heavenly mansion Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

Born April 15, 1959, in Bloomsburg, he was a son of the late Franklin J. Sr. and Hilda Viola (Reese) Phillips.

He was a 1977 graduate of Warrior Run High School. He attended Radiant Life Assembly Of God Church.

Paul enjoyed hunting, making others laugh with unending jokes, Super Bowl parties, the New York Jets and Penn State football. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Kathryn “Jill” Phillips; a sister, Dawn (Tina) Phillips, of Muncy; two brothers, Eugene (Ann) Phillips, of Hughesville and David (Janet) Phillips, of Shamokin; numerous nieces and nephews; great-nephews; a dedicated crew of hunting buddies; and his fur son, Toby.

In addition to his parents, Paul was predeceased by two brothers, Johnny and Frank Phillips.

Friends and family may gather at noon on Sat. December 20th at the Radiant Light Church, 9565 PA-442 Hwy., Muncy, for dinner and sharing of memories.
