Patricia Ann Creasy

Patricia Ann (Temple) Creasy, age 84, of Clarkstown, peacefully passed away at home on Sunday, April 13, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on July 24, 1940, in White Deer, at home. Patricia was the cherished daughter of the late Grant and Anna (Applegate) Temple. She was united in marriage to Chester I. Creasy on October 7, 1961, a bond that flourished for 63 wonderful years. 

Pat graduated from Muncy High School in 1959. She began her career as a manager at Lundy Lumber, Co. before dedicating 25 years to owning and operating Creasy’s Concept’s in Living in Muncy. 

Throughout her life, Patricia touched the lives of many through her dedication to her work and her passion for helping others. She had a profound love for decorating, which she generously shared with her customers. Her warm spirit and willingness to offer advice made her a cherished figure in the community. 

A member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Clarkstown, Patricia embraced her faith and community throughout her life. 

Pat was especially adored and loved by her family. She is survived by her beloved husband, Chester; two daughters, Pala Jo Crawford and her fiancé, Dennis Lane, of Muncy; Pamela Pittenger and her husband, Steve, of Danville; two brothers, Ronald Temple and his wife, Norma, of Muncy, and Robert Temple and his wife, Jayne, of Millville; three grandchildren, Taylor Ann Weidenbach and her husband, Matthew, Alaire Wood, and Alyssa Cole and her husband, Aaron; and five great-grandchildren, Brycen, Ashton, Kailan, Ava, and Kailey. 

A memorial service honoring Patricia’s life will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, April 25, at Messiah Lutheran Church, located at 2041 State Route 442, Clarkstown. 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made in Patricia’s memory to either Messiah Lutheran Church, 2041 State Route 442, Muncy, PA 17756, or the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
