M. Jane Reibsome

M. Jane Reibsome, 99, of Watsontown, died Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Watsontown Health and Rehabilitation.

She was born February 13, 1926 in Watsontown, a daughter of the late William H. and Jennie (Young) Middlesworth. On July 5, 1947 she married William A. Reibsome, who predeceased her October 30, 2008. Together they celebrated 61 years of marriage.

Jane worked for Sylvania, Williamsport for a number of years.

She was a member of the Watsontown Alliance Church.

Jane enjoyed cooking and working out in her yard.

She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and would go on road trips to visit them in her younger years.

Surviving are a daughter, Deborah E. Streacker, of Sunbury; six grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, Kayla, Erin, Jonathan and Katelyn and numerous great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Stephen Reibsome and several siblings.

Friends will be received from noon to 1 p.m. on Friday, November 14 at the Watsontown Alliance Church, 1165 Eighth Street Drive, Watsontown, where the funeral will be held at 1 with Pastor Dave Richter, officiating.

Burial will follow in the Watsontown Cemetery.
