L. Calvin Brooks

L. Calvin Brooks, formerly of Williamsport, died on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Nottingham Village, Northumberland.
He was born on September 20, 1924 in Cascade Twp., a son of the late William and Frances (Triplett) Brooks. He married the former Sarah Schmouder, who preceded him in death on October 8, 2020. Together they celebrated 71 years of marriage.
Calvin worked for Railway Express Agency for many years.
Surviving are one daughter, Ann Engler Mertz and her husband, Neil, of Northumberland; one grandson, Michael Engler, of Orange, CA; and two great-grandchildren, Quinn and Tucker Engler.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
The family is being assisted by Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, South Second and St. Louis Streets, Lewisburg.
