Laurie J. Lyons

Laurie J. Lyons, 61, formerly of Muncy, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at UPMC, Williamsport.

Born April 21, 1964, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Delores Eiswerth.

Laurie was a graduate of Williamsport High School and earned her associate degree from the former Williamsport School of Commerce.

Laurie retired in 2020 as a trust fund supervisor from FCC Petersburg, Virginia.

In her free time, she loved to garden and was always fond of dogs. Laurie also enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving are two children, Melissa Spotts and her husband, Alan, of Turbotville, and Monica French and her husband, Jacob, of Shamokin; four sisters, Jona Eiswerth, of Shamokin Dam, Alice Stelter and her husband, Tom, of Florida, Joyce Fornwalt and her husband, Mike, of Muncy, and Beverly Weaver, of Muncy; one brother, Jeffrey Eiswerth, of Williamsport; two grandchildren, Ashton and Mackenzie Spotts; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by two nephews, Jamie and Christopher Weaver.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
