Jacquelyn "Jackie" A. Agnone

Jacquelyn A. “Jackie” Agnone, of Montoursville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, September 21,2019 at her home.

She was a daughter of the late Winston and Lena (Zimmerman) Wiser. On June 15, 1975 she married William “Bill” Agnone, who survives. Together they celebrated 44 years of marriage.

Jackie was a graduate of Muncy High School and of Bloomsburg University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics. She taught math for many years and also worked as a bookkeeper.

She was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Muncy.

Jackie enjoyed reading, gardening and playing board games and the piano.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a son, Patrick McMullen and his wife, Christa, of Nazareth; a daughter, Robin Agnone, of Williamsport; a sister, Linda Wingstrom, of Lisle, Illinois; five grandchildren, Kasey Clayton, Winston Clayton, Ashtynne Harden, Tessa Shepard and Noah McMullen; and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Terri Lynn McMullen.

Family and friends will be received from 3 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24 at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, where a funeral will be held at 4 p.m. with her Pastor, the Rev. Janet Dougherty, officiating.

Burial will be held privately at Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery.

The family will provide the flowers and suggests contributions in Jacquelyn’s memory be made to UPMC Susquehanna Hospice, 1001 Grampian Blvd. Williamsport, PA 17701.
