Ida Mae Milheim

Ida Mae Milheim, 97, of Muncy, died Wednesday, July24, 2024, at Williamsport North.

Born March 9, 1927 in Pottsgrove, she was a daughter of the late Reese and Bessie (Prowant) Fetzer.  On March 26, 1947 she married Harry Larue Milheim who died on September 2, 1986.

She spent her early years raising her family, taking care of her home and was an avid golfer.

Ida was a member of the Edward J. Smith Post 3428 VFW and Roland Ritter American Legion Post 268 auxiliaries.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Steven Poust, of Muncy; one granddaughter, Kate Ries, of Maryland; and one great-grandson, Carter Ries.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by eight siblings.

Private burial will take place in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.
