Gary L. Moore

Gary L. Moore, 60, of Montgomery, died Sunday, October 5, 2025 at UPMC, Harrisburg.

Born March 26, 1965 in Muncy, he was a son of the late Frank D. and Barbara E. (Hill) Moore.

Gary was a graduate of Muncy High School. He worked for several years at Lycoming Engines before becoming a caretaker for his family.

Gary enjoyed the outdoors including hunting, fishing and camping. He also loved spending time with his family.

Surviving are four brothers, Spurgeon D. Moore and his significant other, Patches Kilgus, of Watsontown, Joseph L. Moore, of Montoursville, Steven L. Moore, of Montgomery and Robert E. Moore, of Muncy; a sister-in-law, Sherri Moore, of Muncy; and numerous nieces and nephews including Chelsea K. Moore, Mariah E. Moore and Michael S. Moore.

In keeping with Gary’s wishes, services will be held privately at a later date.
