Faye A. Wilhelm

Faye A. Wilhelm, 85, of Muncy, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born September 25, 1939, in Muncy, she was a daughter of the late Brittain and Cecilia Bieber. On July 11, 1964, she married Walter H. “Butch” Wilhelm who predeceased her on November 3, 2006.

Faye was a graduate of Watsontown High School and later the Geisinger School of Nursing, Danville. She worked as an LPN at Geisinger, before retiring to help take care of her family.

She enjoyed watching baseball, football, golf and NASCAR with her family. She was also quite fond of tuning in for the Little League World Series each year.

Surviving is one son, Larry Wilhelm, of Muncy; one daughter and son-in-law, Stacia and Brian Yeick, of Muncy; one daughter-in-law, Elaine High, of Montoursville; one brother, Fred Bieber, of Watsontown; six grandchildren, Jacob, Savanna, Morgan, Allora, Alyssa and Joshua; and one great-grandchild, Caleb.

In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by one son, Robb Fritz; and three siblings Kay Houseknecht, Larry Bieber and Alice Sones.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
