Delmer George “Sonny” Hamilton, 67, of Allenwood and Hawkinsville, Georgia, died Monday, August 10, 2015 at his daughter’s home in Georgia.
Born April 1, 1948 in Wellsboro, he was a son of the late Elmer Paul and Arlene Alda (Moorse) Hamilton.
Surviving are two sons and one daughter-in-law, Sonny and Toni Hamilton and Elmer Hamilton; three daughters and one son-in-law, Kimberly Hamilton, Michelle Hamilton and Susan and Steve Stine; one brother, Bobby Hamilton; five sisters, Nora, Erma and Aldora Hamilton, Esther Balsley and Dottie Kent; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Doris.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to Noon Friday, at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy.
A graveside committal will be held at 1 p.m. in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery.
The family will provide the flowers and requests monetary contributions be made to the funeral home to help defray costs.
