David M. Smith, formerly of Muncy, passed away Monday, Dec. 29, 2014.
He is survived by his wife and family.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11am Saturday, at the Church of the Resurrection, 75 Musser Lane, Muncy.
Burial with full Military honors will follow in Muncy Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations in his name be made to either the COPD Foundation; the web site is www.copdfoundation.org or to the Church of the Resurrection.
