Dannie Lee Heffner, 75, of Lewisburg, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village, Lewisburg.
He was born March 21, 1941, in Elimsport, a son of the late Arthur Lamont and Nellie Carlen (Lynch) Heffner.
Dannie was a graduate of Montgomery High School and served honorably as a sergeant in the Army during the Korean War.
He worked as a prison guard.
Dannie was a member of Christ’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lewisburg.
He enjoyed reading.
A private burial will be held in Elimsport Cemetery.
The family is being assisted by Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, 106 S. Second St., Lewisburg.
