Angela Marie Smith

Angela Marie Smith, 50, of New Columbia, died Monday, October 29, 2018 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born May 17, 1968 in Lewisburg, she was a daughter of the late Alfred M. Smith Jr. and Julia (Shutt) Smith, who survives.

Angela was a graduate of Milton High School.  She was passionate about taking care of elderly in need and worked for United Cerebral Palsy of Central Pennsylvania (UCP), located in Selinsgrove.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Lewisburg, where she loved helping youth and assisting with Bible School.

Surviving in addition to her mother are one brother, Cormi P. Smith, of Texas; one sister, Shaela Conard, of Sunbury; three nieces, Rowan, Paige and Julianna; and three nephews, Cormi P. Jr., Riley and Noah.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

The family suggests contributions in Angela’s memory be made to either the White Deer Township Fire Company, 366 Cemetery St. New Columbia, PA 17856 or Hospice of Evangelical, 235 Hospital Drive, Lewisburg, PA 17837.

The family is being assisted by Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, 308 Main Street, Watsontown.
