I worked with Carol & Joyce years ago at SBA in Williamsport after the 72 flood. Would meet at the Montgomery Legion for supper many times on a Friday night. Both Carol & Joyce were such nice people. My heartfelt sympathy to Carol's family & friends, so sorry for your loss.
