Vincent J. Repaci

Vincent J. “Vince” or “Pinch” Repaci, 75, of Lairdsville, died Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born October 17, 1948 in Emporium, he was a son of the late Vincent J. “Chince” Repaci and Christine (Longo) Kessler. He married the former Nancy (Gardner) Gottschall, who survives. They lovingly spent 43 years together.

Vince was a 1966 graduate of Cameron County High School, Emporium. He was employed for over 35 years at Koppers, Muncy, working for a number of years as a tie sorter, prentice operator and at the co-generation plant, before retiring.

Vince was of catholic faith and was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church, Emporium.

He enjoyed hanging out in Vince’s man cave, woodworking and his 1965 Mustang. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Chauncy (Brandi) Repaci, of Mifflinburg and Shawn (Bridget) Baird, of Iowa; four step children, Chasity Sandrick, of Montgomery, Tamala Reich (Danielle Vitale), of Wilkes-Barre, Shane (Amanda) Gottschall, of Hughesville and Holli (Mariche) Bayonas, of NC; eleven grandchildren, Gage, Kirsten, Foster, Hunter,  Brett, Devin, Corey, Coby (Mel and grandchildren, Yuna, Mavis and George), Landon, Jacob and Emma; two step grandchildren, Nicholas and Sophia; an aunt, Dolly (Jim) Gennocro, of Emporium; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Anthony Repaci; a granddaughter, Stella Gee; and a niece, Christina Repaci.

Friends will be received from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2024 at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, where a memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. with Pastor David Guenin, of Moreland Baptist Church, officiating.

A luncheon will be provided following the service at the Masonic Lodge, E. Penn St., Muncy.
