Josh D. Frederick

Josh D. Frederick, 32, of Muncy, died Monday, April 13, 2015 at the Gatehouse, Williamsport.

Born April 15, 1982 in Williamsport, he was a son of David Allen Frederick, of Pennsdale and M. Marie (Miller) Frederick, of Muncy. On April 12, 2002 he married the former Emily Nelson, who survives. Together they celebrated 13 years of marriage.

Josh attended Muncy High School. He worked for the Williamsport Country Club on the green staff where he mowed and took care of the course.

Josh played baseball with Muncy Little League as a boy. Then went on to play both basketball and football throughout his jr/sr high school years. He was a true Oakland Raiders fan from a very young age and enjoyed most sports including baseball New York Mets and college football Penn State Nittany Lions. Josh was a loving and active father always sure to make his best effort to never miss a single game.

Surviving additionion to his wife and parents are one son and two daughters, Jacob, Jennifer and Lily Frederick, all at home; one brother and sister-in-law, Jon and Melissa Frederick, of Alexandria, VA; and one sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Stanley, Jr. Chaya, of Muncy.

Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, at Grenoble's, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, where the funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with Rev. Robert W. Rice, pastor of Muncy Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family in Muncy Cemetery.
