Jeffrey A. Winters, 67, of 20 Sunset Road, Muncy, died Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center.

Born March 14, 1948 in Lock Haven, he was the son of Pauline B. “Sis” (Fravel) Winters of Flemington and the late Harry E. Winters. On March 23, 1974 he married the former Candace K. Munro.  Together they observed 41 years of marriage.

Jeff enlisted in the Army National Guard of Pennsylvania in 1969 and served honorably for six years.

Jeff and Candy embarked on several of what they called “Circle Trips” and together they visited all 50 states.  Jeff enjoyed golfing and driving around in his blue Miata.  He was a huge fan of Penn State wrestling, and thoroughly enjoyed the company of his dogs, Jimmy and Sammy.  Affectionately known as “Mr. Fix-it,” it gave him great pleasure to do small repair jobs at his children’s homes.
